What is the quality of our watches?
We have both Asian and Swiss quality replica watches.
Can you send more photos of the model you want?
Of course, you can send the product link or full name to customer service to request more pictures.
Does the watch have the original box and paper?
The watch is shipped without a branded box to avoid high shipping and product charges. If you want to add a box to your order, you can do so from the product page.
How fast is the shipping time?
After payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 3-7 business days, then ship it via EMS / Other express company which takes 15-25 days (USA) to delivered to your door, others countries may ask customer service about the shipping time.
Will I get a tracking number?
As soon as the watch is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and URL to track your package. We ship your watch by EMS or other delivery method, which can be expected in the shortest time.
What if I haven't received my watch?
If the package does not reach us (seized by customs or lost), you can contact our customer service to request a refund or resend the package.
What is your return policy?
After receiving the goods, within 30 days, if you are not satisfied, you can contact customer service to request a refund. (The important thing is that you have never used it)
Refund process: contact customer service and get the return address.
After receiving and checking the goods, if the watch is new, never used, we will arrange a refund immediately, and it takes 8-20 days to return the money to your card.
